Condolence to the Family

Arnhem 20 January 2005,

Dear Mama, Peter and Family,

The devastating news about the tragic dead of Angela and Davidito the 9th of this month has reached us too and in this writing I would really like to express my deepest sympathy and condolences with ‘the family’ and specially for Mama, Peter, Techi, Davida, Sara and Alfred who we all know so well from the Grandpa Stories! I really pray with all my heart that the Comforting Presence of the Lord will give you peace and carry you through this time of agony and deep grief. It’s very obvious that this is a satanic attack to the very core of the heart of the family. Every loss of a loved one, cuts a wound, but the horrible murder, suicide and hateful accusations and motivations makes this wound a very deep dirty, infected one, which will not be easy to heal. I sure pray that the Lord gives you His Wisdom and Grace to come to terms with this great loss and all the effects it might have.

Hopefully it is a comfort for you all to know that there is also a multitude of ex-members, like myself and many here in Arnhem and Holland, who might have suffered hurt or neglect by the family, but are convinced that neither the leadership, neither individuals in the family had the intention to hurt them, but that this was mostly due to lack of convictions, certain teachings and circumstances, or human mistakes and blunders of the mind from both sides.

As ex-members, the choice to let hate and bitterness prevail is a temptation we all had to face and renounce. The recent tragedy is sure teaching us once again the seriousness of this choice, as it clearly shows to what destructive roads hate and bitterness can lead and what a terrible toll it can take. It is my prayer for you Mama and Peter and all the Family, and all ex-members who for different reasons are still connected with loved ones, to walk the road of harmony, through making the effort from both sides of forgiveness, positive attitudes and clear communication!

Wishing you His comfort, strength and blessings, in your mission to bring God’s love, happiness and the End-time message to a needy world.
Connected in His Love,

(Dutch Lisa) Joel and Angela
