My name is Kubota Kazuki, I’m 23 years old and I am living in Japan. I’m married and I have a beautiful baby boy! My wife and I were born and raised in the Family.

I have recently heard about the tragedy that took place in the states and my heart goes out to all of those who knew and loved Angela. I am quite shocked and angered at what happened and if there was anyone else that was involved in the murder, I pray that God will judge them accordingly.

There are some people who have left the Family who are blaming the Family for what Rick did, saying that the reason he killed her was because he was abused in the Family! I don’t believe that’s true! From what I’ve heard from people who have lived with him it seems that he was never abused and he was happy and had a good upbringing!

Well I can testify that I have never seen any abuse in the Family whatsoever! I have many fond memories of my childhood and I am thankful to God that I was raised in the Family, in a loving, caring and safe environment and I want my son to also grow up in the Family. I believe that the Family is the safest environment to have a child. I have made my decision, and being a missionary in the Family is what I want to do!

I find joy in helping those in need and I am committed to serving the Lord and doing the best for him! My two sisters on the other hand have chosen a different path, they have moved on and are happy and fulfilled in what they are doing, and I am happy for them! They are in my prayers! And to those vitriolic few who are trying to destroy the Family, you should be ashamed of yourselves! Move on and GET A LIFE! Leave the Family alone and stop wasting our time! May God have mercy on your souls!
