“I want to see, I want to feel. I heard the wind blowing don’t tell me it isn’t real. I’ll climb out the window if you won’t open the door. I’ll do anything, I know there’s got to be more!”

I’m a Jesus Freak, and that’s all there is to it! I’ve lived in the Family ALL my life, and I love it. I can’t say that it’s all been peaches an cream, and that I’ve never had problems; but these things are just a part of life, and they are what make my life complete. They are God’s way of helping me to grow, learn and mature. There is so much real sorrow, pain, suffering and agony in this world, that to dwell on my problems would be RETARDED, to say the least.

When faced with problems of the world around me, my gripings and groanings become insignificant. We are here today and gone tomorrow, so let’s just live and let love reign.

YES! What the world needs now is LOVE. Hurting others, belittling them, cutting them down and tearing them apart is just barbaric, and we shouldn’t let this take over the world. That would be so SAD!

I LOVE the Family and what it has made me. I look around and I see so much happening here. I see young people who are dedicated, and are doing something with their lives. I see young people that are making a difference. I see a family where each individual has dedicated their lives to changing the world.

Yeah, that’s what I see. Call me blind, call me brainwashed, call me peanut head, call me weirdo, call me a upside down shui jiao (dumpling) you can even call me Pickledick. I really don’t give an Indians war whoop. You see, while you’re there calling me names, I’ll be somewhere doing my part to change the world. Yep! I know I’m just one small person on the corner of the earth, but put one hundred small persons in a city, and see what they can do! “Whoops there goes another rubber tree plant.”

You may think that in this day and age to change the world is far fetched and Ha, Ha Impossible, but look around you. We are making a difference! It’s not easy, NO way! But the rewards are beyond compare. I love it, and nothing you could throw at me would make me change my mind, unless it’s a Tuna Onigiri (Rice ball)! Nah, I take that back, not even a Tuna Onigiri would make me change my mind.

The only way a Tuna Onigiri could come between me and this path I choose would be if it were so big that it squashed me. Or if you got four really big ones and shaped them in to a box and I was trapped inside. Actually, in that case, I would just eat my way out! Yep, I might be fat when I come out, but hey, does it make a difference whether I’m fat or skinny? I don’t think the orphan kids care, they’re just happy to have someone giving them some of the TLC that they so desperately need.

Well, I’ve tried to get my point across that to hear what some people are saying about my family is just SO SAD! However, this opposition, this will only strengthen us! Not cause us to fall apart! My Family is full of 110%ers! We’re FIGHTERS, and we know that love is the only thing that can make a change for the better.

We are NOT perfect! No one is! But we have a dream. We have an aspiration. We have meaning to our lives, and I can say that we are making a difference. Every single one of us! We wake up in the morning with the hope of doing something better. Our homes are not perfect. Of course we have personality clashes, misunderstandings, communication problems etc, but the LOVE, CARE, ENCOURAGEMENT, INSPIRATION, and HELP we get outweighs the bad a million to one.

All in all, this is the LIFE for ME! You can choose whichever life you want! I’m not going to beat you over the head! I’ve lived a wonderful life. In the duration of 19 years I’ve lived 8 years in Japan, 3 months in Taiwan, 4 years in China, 7 years in the States, and now here I am in Romania. I have friends all over the world; I’ve met people from nearly every single country. I’ve performed in front of thousands of people. My personal family has been broadcasted throughout [a certain country], and I’ve even been asked for my autograph heh, heh. I was able to get the autograph of not only YaoMing, but also some other real tall people.

I have had plenty of experience in teaching, childcare, cooking, sewing, performing, teaching English, budgeting, Eating, learning languages, making friends. Oh, did I mention eating???

Gosh, there is so much more, and I could never list it all. But I can say that I’ve done a lot more then your average young person, and I’m just your everyday Family kid. A lot of my friends have done even more. My life has been packed full of adventure, fun, excitement, and there is lots more to come. I live for Jesus, and he takes care of all of My needs and even wants. So far it’s been a great life, and I know that there’s much, much more just around the bend.

“Come along and join our Gypsy caravan. We’re headed for another mountain, for another land. And if you’d like to go for a ride we’ll go so high, and if you’ve got the faith we’ll climb up to the sky. Our wagon wheels keep moving on. This caravan keeps moving on!”
